Bigge Crane & Rigging celebrated the purchase of a new Potain MDT 219 tower crane at CONEXPO 2017 in Las Vegas Nevada. Manitowoc joined Bigge on stage for a champagne toast to commemorate not only the recent purchase but the long-standing relationship between the two companies. Bigge was also presented with a celebratory plaque and a customized hand-painted hard hat one of only a dozen ever made.
Grove GRT655 debuts its class-leading features at CONEXPO 2017

Potain shows groundbreaking Hup 40-30 for first time in North America at CONEXPO 2017
Visitors to CONEXPO 2017 are the first in North America to see the groundbreaking Potain Hup 40-30. This self-erecting crane was first previewed as a prototype at bauma 2016 in Munich Germany and officially launched at the Manitowoc factory in Niella Tanaro Italy in September 2016.
W.O. Grubb takes first trio of Grove GMK5150Ls in North America at CONEXPO 2017
CONEXPO 2017 in Las Vegas Nevada is off to a quick start with several high-profile crane purchases being celebrated at the Manitowoc Cranes booth. W.O. Grubb has purchased the first three Grove GMK5150L all-terrains cranes in North America. The Richmond Virginia-based company already has an impressive Grove lineup in its fleet and this purchase will further enhance its lifting capabilities.
National Crane introduces the NTC55 an evolved truck crane with the reach and capacity of a boom truck
National Crane has introduced the 50 t (55 USt) NTC55 at CONEXPO 2017 in Las Vegas Nevada. The new model is a truck crane “replacement” that can maneuver into the tight working quarters typically reserved for a truck crane but with the added features of a boom truck to increase efficiency and versatility for its owners.
Manitowoc debuts increased versatility for MLC300
Manitowoc has introduced a new version of the Manitowoc MLC300 that utilizes a fixed-position counterweight. This new model has many of the same features as the original MLC300 but does not feature Variable Position Counterweight (VPC) technology.

Manitowoc Cranes Brazil is proud to announce a new director for its sales team in Brazil. Rene Porto is now sales director a role he began in January of 2017. Porto has been charged with accelerating interactivity with clients increasing the company’s speed of operations in the country.
