RT530E-2

The RT530E-2 offers the class leading lifting performance in the 30t (30 USt) class and better accessibility and transportability to jobsites thanks to shorter overall length, narrow width and lower height. This model features a 29 m (95 ft) full power boom and it comes equipped with the Crane Control System (CCS) and ECO mode to ensure smooth operation and lower operational costs. A new load sensing hydraulic system maximizes the cranes efficiency by utilizing piston pumps for crane functions. Manitowoc opens new facility in the Philippines

Manitowoc has opened a new 2 900 m2 facility with a warehouse and a workshop in Molino Cavite south of the Philippines capital Manila. The facility stocks parts for Potain tower cranes including popular models such as the MCR 160 MCR 225 A MCT 205 as well as parts for Grove mobile cranes such as the RT530E-2 RT765E-2 and the GMK6300L. Construction of the new facility was completed in July this year and Manitowoc staff have already moved in.

Manitowoc cranes build landmark wind turbine in four days

Two Manitowoc cranes installed a wind tower in Cleveland Ohio U.S. over a four-day period earlier this year. The 443 ft turbine is located outside the headquarters of Lincoln Electric a world leader in arc welding and a long-term supplier to the wind tower industry.
