New Crane Care dealer for Northern Territory Australia
Darwin Crane & Machinery Services (DCMS) has been appointed by Manitowoc Crane Care to provide complete aftersales support to all Grove crane customers in Northern Territory Australia. Fully supported by Manitowoc Crane Care’s Australia team DCMS will provide spare parts service and training in the region.
The company previously operated under the name Bozmech Pty Ltd. in the Pilbara Western Australia area where the company was well-known for its fast response and expertise in crane support. Now having transferred to NT the newly rebranded company operates out of an expansive new facility in Winnellie an industrial center 10 km from Darwin Central Business District. The company has four fully equipped service vehicles and runs normal business operations five and a half days a week in addition to operating an after-hours call-out service. The DCMS facility in Darwin also stocks a comprehensive range of Grove spare parts to serve customer needs.
DCMS proved to be the perfect fit for the region as Brad Cooper Manitowoc Crane Care’s country manager for Australia explains:

DCMS works at major facilities including the Icthys Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project with Inpex Darwin LNG with Conoco Philips and with Darwin Port Corporation and Power and Water. Previously the company also serviced multiple companies on the Icthys LNG Project in the Browse Basin offshore Western Australia one of the largest energy projects in the world.
