Manitowoc Brazil wins Sobratema’s Aftersales Highlights Award 2017

-        Construction companies and industry experts recognized Manitowoc Brazil for its excellent performance in various aftersales indicators in the cargo lifting services category.

-        The award comes as a result of Manitowoc’s successful efforts to provide fast and efficient service to its Brazilian customers.

Manitowoc Brazil earned the Aftersales Highlights Award 2017 from the Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining (Sobratema). The prestigious Sobratema Award recognized Manitowoc for its excellent performance in various aftersales indicators reflecting the company’s success in providing fast and efficient service to its customers.

This year’s Sobratema Aftersales Highlights Award recognized construction equipment companies in four categories: drilling earthmoving load and people handling and concrete. Manitowoc received outstanding evaluations from Brazilian construction companies dealers and experts for its performance in technical delivery operational training replacement parts and in-field customer services. All voters who participated in the survey confirmed that they would definitely recommend Manitowoc lifting services to a friend.

The Sobratema Aftersales Highlights Award winners were announced on November 9 at the Trends in the Construction Market event. Sobratema also presented its study on the construction equipment market in Brazil. The Aftersales Highlights Award was created in 2015 to encourage construction equipment companies to seek service excellence.
