• Bennetts Cranes has deployed the world's first Potain MR 309 luffing jib crane for the redevelopment of the 40 The Broadway office building in London, UK, meeting specific urban site requirements.
• The MR 309 was selected for its ability to operate in tight spaces, lift heavy loads, and function with limited power, thanks to its adjustable power supply.
• Potain and Bennetts Cranes have a longstanding relationship, and this project continues their collaboration, with the MR 309 expected to be on site for approximately 12 months.
Manitowoc and Core Machinery expand rebuild and repair services in Southwest

Europe’s largest ever Potain top-slewing cranes tackle massive Gravagna viaduct refurbishment in Italy
• Italian construction company ITINERA has called on Manitowoc to support the renovation of the Gravagna viaduct near Genoa with the world's first MDLT 1109 models, the largest top-slewing cranes ever produced from Potain in Europe.
• The MDLT 1109 replaces the hugely popular MD 1100 and combines high performance lifting (11.1 t at 80 m) with compact transport and simplified assembly.
Grove GMK6300L-1 proves perfect for compact jobsite in downtown Rotterdam
• Kraanverhuur Boekestijn sent its Grove GMK6300L-1 for city center work in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam.
• The crane was set up in a restricted space to replace 750 windows in a downtown high-rise building, each weighing 800 kg.
