  • Multi-Crane résout le casse-tête du chantier de De Zaanse Helden avec des grues de Potain

    • La société néerlandaise de grues Multi-Crane a déployé six grues à tour topless MDT de Potain pour le projet résidentiel De Zaanse Helden à Zaandam, près d’Amsterdam aux Pays-Bas.
    • L’espace exigu du projet a nécessité une planification méticuleuse du positionnement des grues, des hauteurs sous crochet et du survol de certaines zones. La capacité de Multi-Crane à résoudre ce casse-tête à l’aide de sa flotte de grues à tour topless MDT de Potain lui a permis de remporter ce contrat de location.

  • GCA levage et transport exceptionnel (AUTAA) emploie une nouvelle grue Grove pour les besoins d’extension d’un hôpital local

    • Autaa, entreprise française de levage, nouvelle filiale du Groupe Charles André, a déployé sa nouvelle grue tout-terrain GMK6300L-1 de 300 t pour assembler des modules préfabriqués destinés à l'extension d'un hôpital local.
    • Les dimensions compactes et le fonctionnement silencieux de la grue ont impressionné dès le départ.

  • MR 309 et MR 329 complètent la nouvelle génération de grues à flèche relevable Potain

    • Manitowoc présente deux nouveaux modèles de grues à flèche relevable, la MR 309 et la MR 329, qui sont disponibles en version 16 t ou 25 t de charge maximale. 
    • Bien que les deux grues partagent une flèche de 60 m et une capacité de 3,4 t en pointe, elles possèdent des courbes de charge et des hauteurs sous pivot différentes grâce aux configurations de pivot et de mâture, de 2 m ou de 2,45 m.
    • Ces nouvelles machines répondent aux attentes des clients qui souhaitent un montage plus simple et plus rapide, une plus grande hauteur sous pivot, des courbes de charge plus puissantes et un rayon de mise hors service réduit (de 9,5 m à 12 m). 
    • Elles sont également équipées de la dernière version du système de contrôle commande Potain CCS (Crane Control System) pour une installation plus rapide et un contrôle inégalé, ainsi que de Potain CONNECT, la nouvelle plateforme télématique, pour une gestion dynamique en local ou distante de leur fonctionnement.

  • La société française A.A.Y.M. ajoute une deuxième Grove à son parc

    • L'entreprise familiale de levage et de manutention a acheté sa première grue Grove, une GMK6300L-1, en 2021.
    • Aujourd'hui, suite à de nombreuses expériences positives avec la GMK6300L-1, elle en a ajouté une seconde, une GMK5150XL.
    • La nouvelle grue s'est immédiatement mise au travail dans une usine locale, fournissant des matériaux pour des travaux sur le toit du bâtiment.

  • Manitowoc dévoile la MDLT 1109 compacte et efficace, la plus puissante grue à tour d'Europe de Potain

    •  La nouvelle grue à montage par éléments MDLT 1109 de Potain répond aux besoins des projets infrastructurels de grande ampleur en Europe avec une capacité maximale de 40 t et une capacité de 11,1 t à une portée maximale de 80 m.

• In Positano, on Italy’s picturesque Amalfi Coast, Gemar has deployed a Potain MDT 189 tower crane, erected by a Grove GMK4100L-1 all-terrain crane, to overcome the challenges of constructing a multi-story parking lot into the side of a cliff on a site with limited space and access.

National Crane to display short-configuration NBT45-2 at Work Truck Week 2022

• National Crane’s application engineering team collaborated with customers and a truck manufacturer to design a shorter-chassis boom truck that increases maneuverability without sacrificing lifting capacity.
• Engineers at the Truck Mod Center removed just under 2 ft from the wheelbase, delivering the tightest turning radius in its class while maintaining the 45 USt maximum capacity.

Potain cranes give shape to major new residential development in Pune, India

• As India’s most popular tower crane, the Potain MCT 85 was the obvious choice for constructing 14 apartment blocks at Godrej Forest Grove, Pune, ably assisted by a number of Potain MCi 85 cranes
• The Potain MCT 85 offers class-leading load capacity, jib length and hoist speed and in its internal climbing configuration delivered 70 m - 80 m working heights on the project.

KAS Crane Hire renews fleet with UK’s first Grove GMK3060L-1

• Family-run KAS Crane Hire from Barnstaple, Devon, was the first Manitowoc customer in the UK to take delivery of a new Grove GMK3060L-1 all-terrain crane featuring the next generation carrier cab. 
• The GMK3060L-1 replaces a GMK3055, which has proved a busy member of the company’s fleet along with the GMK4100L-1 purchased in 2019.
• KAS chose the GMK3060L-1 with a 48 m main boom for its industry-leading load charts, as well as the responsive and convenient aftermarket support from the Manitowoc UK team.

Scotland’s first Grove GMK5250XL-1 goes to Horizon Reinforcing & Crane Hire

• Horizon Reinforcing & Crane Hire from Falkirk in the Central Lowlands of Scotland has become the first rental company in the country to offer the new Grove GMK5250XL-1 all-terrain crane from Manitowoc.
• The family business, which runs a fleet of 18 cranes, chose the 250 t capacity GMK5250XL-1 as a replacement for its 300 t GMK6300L, which has proven a reliable and efficient machine for the company.

Cranserco delivers Grove GRT8100 rough-terrain crane to Indonesian gold mining business

• The 100 t crane was commissioned on site by Cranserco and is the first purchase of a Manitowoc crane by mining operator ASA
• The Grove GRT8100 was selected for its versatility and optimal lifting performance to support an extensive construction program and ongoing mining operations.

Ballast Nedam et Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling font confiance aux grues à tour Potain pour un projet complexe de construction de grande hauteur à Leiden, aux Pays-Bas

• Ballast Nedam et sa filiale Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling ont ajouté deux grues à tour Potain MDT 319 à leur flotte de location pour pouvoir construire des résidences universitaires sur le site du Leiden Bio Science Park au Pays-Bas.
• Ces grues Topless MDT CCS ont offert à la société néerlandaise de construction et d’ingénierie la flexibilité de configuration requise pour relever les défis complexes de ce chantier.

Grove GMK5250L-1 all-terrain crane installs the Vatican’s Christmas tree

• A Grove GMK5250L-1 all-terrain crane has installed an 8 t, 28 m tall spruce in Vatican City’s famous St. Peter’s Square in preparation for Christmas.
• This prestigious task was carried out by Italian Manitowoc customer I.B.A. Crane, which owns more than 100 units of construction machinery and equipment, including 10 mobile cranes from Grove.
• The efficiency of the Grove GMK5250L-1 enabled I.B.A. Crane to accurately lift and position the Christmas tree with minimal disruption to the public.

Manitowoc appoints ANK Cranes as new Grove dealer and service supplier in Norway and Sweden

• Effective December 1, ANK Cranes will replace UN Mobilkraner as the authorized dealer and service supplier for Grove mobile cranes in Norway and Sweden.
• UN Mobilkraner, meanwhile, will continue its many years of reliable, quality support for customers in Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Chilean company Corssen relies exclusively on Grove for challenging high-elevation jobs

• The 35-year-old crane company is not afraid of taking its Grove cranes to work in altitudes as high as 15,000 ft (4,500 m).
• Corssen’s GRT8100 and GMK5250L are two of the company’s busiest cranes, and they work primarily in the mining and energy sectors.

Potain MCT 88 and MDT 189 cranes construct Maximall Pompeii tourist hub in Italy

• Italian real estate developer Gruppo Irgenre has deployed five Potain MCT 88 topless city cranes and two Potain MDT 189 top-slewing tower cranes to construct the new 200,000 m2 Maximall retail and leisure complex close to the archaeological site of Pompeii in Italy.
• The MCT 88 cranes are assembled at heights between 21 and 31.5 m with a 52 m boom and a variable capacity of 5 t near the mast and 1.1 t at the tip; both MDT 189 cranes are 40 m high with a 60 m boom and maximum capacity of 8 t near the mast and 1.8 t at the tip.

La société Riviera Montage utilise six grues à tour Potain pour la construction de logements, bureaux et commerces à proximité directe du nouvel IKEA de Nice, en France

• La société de location française Riviera Montage a loué six grues à tour Potain à l'entrepreneur Da Mota Construction pour un complexe à usage mixte à Nice, comprenant un nouveau magasin IKEA, des unités résidentielles, des bureaux et d'autres espaces commerciaux.
• Riviera Montage et Da Mota construction ont choisi la flotte de trois grues Potain MDT 219, une MDT 269 et deux MDT 319 pour ce projet en raison de leur fiabilité, de leur facilité de montage et de leur fonctionnement efficace, ce qui permettra de respecter le calendrier des travaux.
