Do you consider Manitowoc to be a culture that fosters teamwork?
Yes, my specific department is concerned with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across the length and breadth of the organization; therefore, cross cultural references and teamwork is critical for our projects. Fortunately, we have not had any interpersonal issues or cultural problems. This alone proves that Manitowoc thrives on quality employees, and management fosters teamwork across all our entities.
What makes you most proud about working for Manitowoc?
The global outlook of the company, exciting industrial domain, optimistic future, efficient management, and belief that the organization has in its employees and in itself makes me most proud of working for Manitowoc.
What attracted you to a career with Manitowoc?
What initially attracted me were the domain of the industry and the size of the company. I did not want to work for a large organization, nor a small company. During the interview I saw The Manitowoc Company, as an exciting organization that I wanted to be associated with. I saw a potential to have a fulfilling career in the industry and domain of my liking, and a potential to understand different cultures and work in different countries in the future. After joining the organization I feel that my decision stands vindicated.
What do you like most about your job at Manitowoc?
I like my work environment, my department, the understanding colleagues and supervisors, and the overall enthusiasm of everyone who works for Manitowoc.
Which achievements are you most proud of?
I´m most proud of the quality of my work and the completion of my goals, as well as the completion of all the relevant projects within the specified time schedules.
Were your family/friends supportive of your decision to join Manitowoc?
Yes, they were extremely supportive and share my enthusiasm in working for The Manitowoc Company.
What information would you most like to share with a potential Manitowoc employee?
I would assume that all potential employees, who share a passion to work in such an exciting industry and challenging environment, with good ethical value would find working for The Manitowoc Company to be extremely fulfilling and rewarding in the long term.
What do you receive from the company in return for the contributions you make to your team/dept/company?
I receive recognition, support and understanding of all my supervisors, colleagues and coworkers.

Good ethical values, efficient management team, exciting industrial domains, and qualified and enthusiastic employees make Manitowoc an excellent and successful company.
Where do you see yourself with the company in 5 years?
I see myself working in an equal or even more challenging assignment and position. A position that would leverage my skills, enhance my ability, and provide me with the opportunity to add more value to the organization.
What career development opportunities have you been able to participate in at Manitowoc?
I undergo different corporate and departmental trainings, which enhance my skills and allow me to stay abreast with the latest technological and business innovation in the industry and my domain. Manitowoc offers me the potential to pursue higher academic goals to further my career.
